Ruling in NJ challenge to electronic voting machines

Ruling issued in Rutgers-Newark Law School's Constitutional Litigation Clinic Challenge to NJ's electronic voting machines: Judge orders re-evaluation of 11,000 machines by a panel of computer experts within 120 days.
